A Mark of Quality
Our Virtual PAs are experienced "Virtual Assistants" who will work remotely and with a great degree of flexibility to suit you.
Each of our Assistants have been interviewed and screened by the Manager of our Division. In addition, each Assistant has;
- Undertaken a Virtual Assistant training course devised by Tiger
- Signed an Non Disclosure Agreement
- Signed a contract with Tiger Recruitment
- Had a minimum of four references checked
- Undergone typing and full MS Office tests
- Full high speed connectivity at home
- Skype
- Remote email and mobile devices
Quality control and Security are critical and this is why we offer our clients the above assurances. In addition, the Manager of our Virtual Assistant Division oversees our team of Assistants to ensure that assignments are completed with the highest level of detail and integrity.
Cost
With no minimum booking time, you have the flexibility to be invoiced for hours worked or a one off project fee should you need help with something in particular.
Seamless payroll – once we have received a signed timesheet, we will pay your Virtual
Assistant and invoice you for the hours he/she has worked plus any expenses agreed upfront. It couldn't be simpler.
Project fees – if you prefer this route, we will invoice you for 25% up front and 75% on completion of the project.
Expenses – a standardised expenses template with receipts attached will be provided to the Client at the end of each week.
Level of support
Clients have complete flexibility depending on the support they require and how they wish to use their Virtual PAs. We have created a check list with helpful suggestions on how to get the best out of your Assistant.
