Temporary Staff - Screening and Selection
Delivering a high quality of service is paramount to the way we work at Tiger. Our careful screening and selection process guarantees that we do all the work behind the scenes to make sure that you are getting top quality Temporary staff.
The process begins from the moment we assess Candidate CVs with our Consultants meeting all suitable Temps for a comprehensive interview process including testing, eligibility to work and reference checking.
We employ long-term Temps to make sure you get somebody tried and tested. When placing Temporary staff we will always find the best possible match for your business and where possible will send you your favourite Temps first.
Sense of Urgency
Regular Candidate care and a quality database enable us to fill bookings at the shortest of notice. Our existing Temps are on call and ready for same day bookings which allows us to get someone to you within around 1.5 hours of your initial call.
With the launch of our new ‘Breakfast Temps’, a select number of Candidates will work from the Tiger offices assisting us with support. This means they are ready to head straight out to our Clients when a same day temporary requirement is called through.
As well as using ‘Breakfast Temps’ our new ‘Availability’ tab within the Tiger App allows Candidates to sign in and update their availability in real time. This is especially useful to allow us to fill your last-minute bookings as quickly as possible.
In instances that we can't provide, we will let you know straight away. Our Temp desk is manned from 8.30am to 6.00pm. In addition, our Consultants are on call out of office hours via e-mail and mobile in case of emergency. Thorough follow up is extremely important to us and we take great pride in our work and ensuring that we make the process of booking a Temp stress-free.
Fixed Term Contracts and Temp to Perms
The Temporary Division is regularly asked by Clients to place Candidates on a Temp-to-Perm basis and to fill fixed term contracts. Please speak to our Temporary Division for further information about these services.
The Online Timesheets Portal allows our temporary Candidates to digitally submit their timesheets straight into our payroll system. Once submitted, the timesheet is sent to the nominated authoriser to be approved with a one click feature contained within an email. This means that approved hours will be reflected directly on your invoice.

With fast turnaround times you rarely have time to meet Candidates before they start. For your peace of mind our service is underlined by a four hour guarantee. If for whatever reason you are not happy with the Temp we have provided to you we will not charge you for the first four hours worked and find an immediate replacement.
