Key Personnel

David Morel | Managing Director

David Morel has worked in the secretarial recruitment industry for over 12 years, 6 of these were spent at a competitor where he was in charge of copywriting, marketing and branding before going on to head up the temporary division. He was asked to play a leading role in the start up of Maine-Tucker Canary Wharf and City as Associate Director/shareholder taking full responsibility for the temporary division, marketing and advertising.

David set up Tiger Recruitment in 2001 and continues to drive the business forward to cement their position as an industry leader within the quality recruitment market. He actively consults on the permanent desk and has been widely quoted and reported in different press in addition to writing articles for The Times – Crème as a Recruitment Expert in their Career Clinic column since January 2004. Particular areas of speciality include the Private Equity, Venture Capital and Hedge Fund industries in addition to Executive Search companies.

David graduated from Oxford Brookes University with a BA in Publishing.

Amanda Clarke | Senior Consultant & Manager

Amanda joined Tiger Recruitment's permanent division in 2005 as an
experienced Recruitment Consultant. She was trained and cut her teeth at
Maine-Tucker Recruitment before joining Tiger to continue her career as
a Senior Consultant. As well as building a first-rate reputation across
all industry sectors, Amanda has played a valuable part in developing
and improving Tiger Recruitment's candidate care initiatives.

Together with Christina Barraclough, she is also responsible for
Managing the Permanent Division and coordinating the Training and
Development of all new permanent consultants.

Prior to Recruitment, Amanda worked in Italy as a fluent Italian
speaking Office Manager for a 5 Star Hotel. In her spare time, she also
translated and published a book on the Tsunami 2004 for charity.

Amanda graduated with an Upper 2nd Class Degree from the University of
Bristol in Italian studies.

Christina Barraclough | Senior Consultant & Manager

Christina joined Tiger Recruitment in 2006, with both recruitment and
secretarial industry experience. Having started her career in
recruitment, she then worked for Savills PLC for four years in a
lynchpin PA position supporting the Managing Director of one of their
key business areas.

With her professionalism and ability to consult and advise on all
recruitment matters, Christina works across all sectors and has made a
name for herself with both candidates and clients alike. She heads up
the Permanent Division at Tiger alongside Amanda Clarke.

Christina graduated from the University of Northumbria with a degree in
Business Administration.

Madeleine McMaster | Head of Temporary Division

Maddie joined Tiger in 2006. Initially, she provided PA support to David
in addition to working closely with the Temporary Division. Maddie was
moved into a consultancy position working alongside the Head of the
Temporary Division in the middle of 2006 before taking full control of
this area at the beginning of 2007. She is assisted by Cate O'Malley,
who is also PA to the Managing Director.

Maddie graduated from Manchester Metropolitan University with an upper
second class degree in Primary Education.
