David Morel | Managing Director
David Morel has worked in the secretarial recruitment industry for over 12 years, 6 of these were spent at a competitor where he was in charge of copywriting, marketing and branding before going on to head up the Temporary division. He was asked to play a leading role in the start up of Maine-Tucker Canary Wharf and City as Associate Director/shareholder taking full responsibility for the Temporary division, marketing and advertising.
David set up Tiger Recruitment in 2001 and continues to drive the business forward to cement their position as an industry leader within the quality recruitment market. He actively consults on the Permanent desk and has been widely quoted and reported in different press in addition to writing articles for The Times - Creme as a Recruitment expert in their Career Clinic column since January 2004. Particular areas of speciality include the Private Equity, Venture Capital and Hedge Fund industries in addition to Executive Search Companies.
David graduated from Oxford Brookes University with a BA in Publishing.

Clare Robson | Director
Clare Robson joined Tiger in 2007 with over 15 years experience working in the Finance industry before moving into recruitment. Clare began her career working at one of the top international Money-Broking firms where she was responsible for Corporate Entertainment. She then worked for seven years at Dillon, Read & Co. in the West End as 'Roadshow Manager', where she also managed the office and provided support to the MD. Clare spent her final years in the City working for Bear Stearns and Goldman Sachs.
Moving into recruitment Clare worked for two competitors as a Permanent Consultant prior to joining Tiger. Clare enjoys building good relationships with Clients and Candidates alike and is a key member of our management team.
Clare completed a diploma in Business Studies and studied Drama (gaining her RADA teaching qualification).

Rebecca Siciliano | Head of Temporary Division
Rebecca Siciliano started her recruitment career in Australia working for one of Sydney’s top secretarial recruitment agencies. Experienced in both temporary and permanent disciplines, Rebecca has proven herself to be adaptable in recruiting across a broad range of sectors including Finance, Professional Services, Property Development, IT, Media and Fashion. Whether working with large blue chip organisations or boutiques, Rebecca is intuitive when it comes to getting the right fit for clients and candidates with the quickest possible turnaround time.
Rebecca joined the Tiger Recruitment team in 2010 bringing 6 years’ recruitment experience. Rebecca’s focus is now on temporary recruitment. She prides herself on quick turnaround time on roles while providing exceptional service to both clients and candidates.
