David Morel has worked in the secretarial recruitment industry for over 17 years, 6 of these were spent at a competitor where he was in charge of copywriting, marketing and branding before going on to head up their Temporary division. He was asked to play a leading role in the start up of Maine-Tucker Canary Wharf and City as Associate Director/shareholder taking full responsibility for the Temporary division, marketing and advertising.

Victoria Lindfield has a wealth of secretarial recruitment experience, having joined the industry in 2007, working for a top City secretarial recruitment firm for over four years. With a solid understanding of the City and specialising predominantly within Investment Banking and finance, Professional Services and FTSE companies, Victoria gained solid experience recruiting permanent support staff at all levels, including very senior and high profile, Board level EA hires.
For a new challenge and to expand on her expertise, Victoria moved to the West End, and has since enjoyed building strong relationships with both candidates and clients across a wider range of industries. LAURA GLENDENNING Head of Private Division
Laura Wild Glendenning began her career in Lifestyle management, progressing to a senior position as a VIP Lifestyle Manager for one of London’s top concierge companies. Looking after 20 clients at any one time, this was a great learning experience and an extremely busy and varied role. Laura then went on to support two UHNWI’S as a Private PA/Chief of Staff (COS), spanning 8 years and 5 years respectively. As a Private PA, Laura’s duties were far reaching and complex and as COS, she took on the recruitment of her employer’s household staff as well as the overall management of staff across various countries.
Laura has recently moved into recruitment to develop and head Tiger Private – a bespoke division of the company, focusing on the provision of the very best in private household and family office staff. Laura’s extensive experience supporting HNWIs, allows her to offer a unique insight into this world, which she hopes will benefit both clients and candidates.

Kat Martyn has over 10 years recruitment experience, 8 of them spent in secretarial and business support. Kat has worked with a large number of clients from different industries, including top investment banks, management consultancies, private equity and asset management firms, entrepreneurial start-up businesses, hospitality, advertising and design agencies, Film and television... even space travel!
Kat spent 4 years working for a top city secretarial competitor as an Associate Director growing a large temporary client base, placing the very best candidates in the market at all levels, from graduates to high profile board level Executive Assistants. During this time she grew and managed a team of 7 temporary and permanent consultants and as well as managing her own client and candidate relationships day to day, Kat was responsible for training, motivation, management and leading her team by example.
