Tiger Recruitment is registered under the Data Protection Acts 1984 and 1988. Our database will hold data on both Candidates and Clients. When the need arises in the context of our business the public and non-personal data of Candidates will be disclosed to Clients and vice-versa. Any data that is non-public, personal information about a Candidate or Client will not be disclosed without the consent of that party. We do not rent, trade or sell non-public, personal information about our Candidates or Clients. However, disclosure will be given if required by law through subpoena, search warrant or other legal process.

Please note that information provided by Candidates has not been checked or verified by Tiger Recruitment. As such we cannot be held responsible for any differences, discrepancies or inaccuracies that might exist or become apparent later.

Information provided by Clients will be checked to confirm that a Client is a bona fide employer, but the information is not guaranteed by us as being correct.

We are not responsible if there is a delay in transmitting any details to us by email, if the website is not working due to a network or any other type of failure, or if there is any other technical difficulty with the website. Candidates and Clients are put on notice that the internet is not a secure means of transmitting data, and any data transmitted in this way is done so at the sender's risk. We are not responsible for any information that is lost or stolen via the internet or email. If a Candidate or a Client is experiencing problems in this regard we can be contacted by telephone or mail.

Removing Information

If a Candidate or a Client would like to remove their details from our database then a request should be made to us in writing. Confirmation of removal will be sent out and any password that may have been issued will become invalid.

Policy Change

Any policy change in this privacy statement will be notified on our website.
