New Year, New Look!

We hope you received our email in November last year announcing the launch of our fantastic new website!  It was a long process getting everything just right, but with a great marketing team we have created a site and brand that is much more modern, dynamic and interactive. It is now easier for you to apply for jobs, keep up to date with the latest news and vacancies, and you can now even register your details online here

We will continue to develop the site throughout the year, so keep checking in!  We will be introducing a live newsfeed where you will be able hear first-hand about any events, promotions, and important announcements, and see the live social media feed.  You'll be able to watch videos of our Consultants giving you the best advice, from interview techniques to what to wear on your first day at work, and also hear about competitions such as our Christmas jumper competition where we gave one lucky winner a festive hamper!

Team Tiger

The Tiger team is growing, so much so that we had to move to a bigger office – but don't worry, we're still in the same building! We would like to welcome Mette Jorgensen who has joined as a Consultant on the Permanent Division, I am sure you will be in touch with her in the near future! We are also very excited to have taken on Lindsay Taylor as our in-house trainer and coach, offering you one-to-one careers advice here in our offices, or over Skype. Have a look at our training page for more information

Tiger Fundraising!

In 2013 we were raising money for Born Free Foundation, and will continue to do so in 2014, specifically to fundraise for Tiger Conservation. Tiger Consultant Lucy will be running the London Marathon in April for Born Free, so please join us in supporting her by donating at http://www.justgiving.com/Lucy-Slater3

Tiger MD, David Morel, will be taking part in both a triathlon and quadrathlon this year, so please look out for his sponsorship pages! In December we all took part in 'The Great Tiger Bake Off' and raised just under £550 selling our delicious (if we don't say so ourselves!) homemade treats! There'll be more events leading up to the marathon and throughout the year so watch this space!

First Impressions

Everyone knows that first impressions mean everything when you're a jobseeker, but this doesn't count just in an interview, remember we are the people putting you forward for jobs, so you have to impress us too!  Clients rely on us to send them good quality Candidates.  You'd be surprised by the number of Candidates we see who don't consider this at all.  We are interviewing you too, so make sure you dress appropriately, have a good solid handshake and stand up to greet people, be polite and enthusiastic, and smile!  If you are a well presented Candidate with good etiquette we will remember you for that, and want to help you find your perfect job.

Social Media

Stay up-to-date with all the latest news and jobs from Tiger by following us on our social media sites.  Like us on Facebook, LinkedIn, Google+ and Twitter.  We monitor these sites all day so if you have any questions then let us know and we'll get back to you as quickly as possible!
