Key responsibilities:

  • Working with the secretarial team, providing support to one another when necessary
  • Implementing and maintaining an effective filing system 
  • Photocopying, binding and storing all company documents 
  • Frequently updating contact details on the company database 
  • Ensuring all incoming calls are answered quickly, taking clear and accurate messages when necessary 
  • Collecting and distributing all incoming post and deliveries 
  • Managing and booking all outgoing post and couriers
  • Supporting the senior PA with admin and document overflow 
  • Covering diary management when required, including organising travel and accommodation and email correspondence 

Essential requirements:

  • Educated to A level standard 
  • At least a year’s experience in a similar role
  • Competent with MS office packages
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
