This is an extremely unique and one off opportunity for an impressive Team Assistant/Office Coordinator to work for an ultra-niche company within the luxury adventure and travel industry. You will be working in a fast paced fun and vibrant office, based in West London. The best part of this opportunity is you will be spending 3 months working in their international office located in the Southern Hemisphere during their summer and peak season. 

The core function of the role is to provide true right-hand administrative and project support to all senior members of the team. You will be exceptionally competent, highly organised and a super proactive team assistant who can work with a team or independently.  Duties includes; extensive of travel arrangements, office administration, innovation, creativity, client account monitoring, ad-hoc PA duties to the Directors and overseeing a smooth running of the office. 

The role requires a professional, confident, multi-tasking and energetic Team Assistant who has a positive attitude, flexible mentality and a zest for life.  You will be comfortable working in a fast paced, high energy environment whilst having a calm demeanour. In addition, you will be liaising with UHNWI’s, therefore strong communication and interpersonal skills are key. Common sense and an all-round sense of humour is a must.
