A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Team Assistant/Travel Coordinator within a high-end design company based in West London, with beautiful offices overlooking the Thames.
This Team Assistant/Travel Coordinator role will be the face of the organisation, meeting and greeting clients and visitors. The role will be responsible for phones, deliveries and meeting rooms. In addition to this, the role will involve assistance to the PA’s and Office Manager as well as extensive travel arrangements for company Project Managers.
The individual should be well presented, have proven experience within a similar role and not be afraid to take on additional responsibilities with a can-do attitude. You should have excellent customer service and communication skills, self-motivated and highly organised. Previous experience working within the luxury goods market would be desirable.
