A leading Investment bank based in the Canary Wharf who are renowned as being one of the best among their competitors are looking for an outstanding team assistant to support a very busy team of investment professionals.
This role requires an individual who has the ability to work well under pressure, thrives in a fast paced environment. Utilising your strong Microsoft Office skills and ability to multi-task you will monitor and process expenses, coordinate complex diaries and book all aspects of international travel for this demanding team.

Skills / Experience required:
- Recent, demonstrable experience gained within a team assistant role preferably from a financial services company.
- Advanced MS Office skills
- Outstanding time management skills and the ability to multi-task
- Ability to remain calm and focused under pressure
- Ability to work autonomously whilst still being an integral part of the team
