This is a great opportunity for a bright and driven candidate looking to develop their experience working with a professional organisation. Working closely with senior management in their West End offices, this is a busy role that will see you supporting with a wide range of responsibilities. The managers are approachable and friendly. They are looking for someone efficient who is able to multi-task and can demonstrate good attention to detail.
A great team player with proven experience supporting a team, you will ensure that things move smoothly for the division. Always one step ahead you will support the team with a proactive approach. The responsibilities of this role include working closely with the partners and team assisting with arranging and preparation for meetings, client communication, processing expenses and billing. You will also take ownership of administrative tasks including scanning, filing important documentation (both manually and electronically), entering details into internal systems and spreadsheets. You will understand the importance of helping with the simplest of tasks learning every step along the way.
You will have experience supporting a team in a professional services environment and a good understanding of general MS Office skills. Document management and any experience with digital dictation will be highly regarded.
This is an initial 3 month contract with the view to extend. A great role if you want to put your skills to use with a supportive team.
