A Private Equity company based in the heart of the West End are looking for a Team Assistant to join their team. This is a brilliant role for a first or second jobber who is polished, bright and confident.
In this role, you will be responsible for being the first point of contact in the office, screening phone calls, meeting and greeting guests, ordering office supplies, being responsible for the upkeep of meeting rooms, providing cover for the EA’s and assisting the team with any ad hoc administration. This is a varied role where no two days will be the same.
For this position you will be articulate, have a positive attitude and be proactive. You will be tech savvy and have a good knowledge of Microsoft Office. If you have experience having worked in hospitality this will be a massive bonus as this will give you the client service skills that they are looking for.
