This is a fantastic opportunity to join a leading organisation within the Public sector on an on-going temporary basis, the purpose of the role is to support the divisional service coordination team , providing a flexible business and administration support to teams across adult social care:
Taking high quality and accurate minutes including safeguarding
Meeting organisation and management
Finance processing and case information
Data entry and management
Mobility support application processing
Any business support or administrative support when required
Managing office stationary stock and equipment
Maintenance reporting, organising replacements, ordering items
You will be the first point of contact for a wide range of complex enquiries, practitioners and managers across divisions
The ideal candidate will have extensive administration experience, be very IT literate and use the whole suite of Microsoft Office systems.
Experience with Social Services systems (Frameworki or Mosaic) essential.
Experience in Adult Social Care or Children's Services would be an advantage. Someone who is able to 'hit the ground running', has lots of initiative, excellent communication skills with proven good attendance and timekeeping.
