An exciting opportunity to work as a Team Assistant/Office Administrator within a dynamic boutique property consultancy, providing dedicated administrative and secretarial support to the partnership and associates. Ready and able to exercise initiative in a role that requires the ability to multi-task, you will be able to work independently whilst being a good team player, have excellent time management and organisational skills, good oral and written skills, and show a high level of attention to detail.

You will be supporting the team in various aspects including preparing documents/presentations, providing support to the senior PA, administration, meeting and greeting, speaking with clients and assisting with client/in house events as well as much more.

Ideally you will have experience working in a similar role within the property industry. The company is made up of a really fun and friendly team based in lovely offices in the heart of Mayfair. They really look after their employees and provide great benefits including a company ski trip!
