We are on the search for a smart, presentable, approachable and sociable Team Assistant to join a boutique asset management firm based at St Pauls. Small yet long established and highly successful the office is bright, modern with a ‘relaxed corporate’ culture.
Responsible for a team of 7 this role is ideal for someone with some strong administrative skills and the desire to take on PA responsibilities whilst carrying out all general office duties.
Duties will include diary management and travel booking for 3 team members, marketing support and managing the CRM, printing, binding and preparation for meetings, finance administration, meeting and greeting all clients and visitors to the office and ensuring meeting rooms are presentable at all time. You will also be required to answer calls, offer refreshments and maintain office and stationery supplies.
Working closely with the Senior EA to the management team you will be required to step up and provide cover when necessary yet have the confidence to work autonomously and on your own initiative.
This role is to ideally start asap however candidates on a notice period will of course be considered.
