An exciting opportunity for a Team Assistant to join global investment bank based in the City has arisen. The role will be supporting two Managing Directors and a team of 16.
This is a 2 month cover initially, so the chosen candidate must be able to interview and start as soon as possible. Duties will include: extensive calendar organization, coordinating and scheduling meetings, travel arrangements and take on ad hoc projects while maintaining work flow, miscellaneous general office duties and administrative support.
Candidates must have previous experience working within financial services.
- Strong MS Office skills, Word, Excel, Outlook.
- Pleasant phone manner.
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize.
