Job Title: Team Administrator
Reports to: Head of Temporary division
Hours of Work: Office hours 08.30 to 18.00 (start at 10:00am one day per week. Finish at 4:30pm on Friday every fortnight)

Job Summary


Responsibilities of the role will include but not be limited to:-

Answering phones and responding to general enquiries

Meet and greet candidates, take copies of passports and visas, photo on digital camera

Administration including scanning and filing candidate forms, sending reference checks and letters

Accounts support - assisting with the weekly temp payroll including compiling timesheets for Monday payroll, following up on late timesheets, sending payroll forms to new starters, entering candidates/clients into the payroll system, requesting holiday and P45’s

Database Administration - entering bookings in Itris, updating candidate CV’s and availability

Candidate Support - Telephone screening candidates to identify candidate suitability for roles ensuring best possible match, scheduling candidate interviews and saving CV’s.

Placement Assistance – sending confirmation e-mails to candidates, calling candidates to check availability for roles

Ownership of AWR process (tracking and sending client e-mails plus all follow up)

Writing and posting advertisements onto Tiger’s website and selected job boards.

Resourcing – helping to fill last minute bookings and lending a hand during busy times

Ad-hoc research
