This role will see you assisting one of the key teams in the business with a range of team administration tasks that need to be completed with quick turnaround and the highest attention to detail. Assisting the team you will be responsible for a wide range of responsibilities that will play to your strengths of organising and prioritising your time. You will be quick to pick up new systems and take ownership for updating company files using a bespoke database. You will also act as point of contact for a range of clients assisting with general enquiries, As part of the administration team you will assist in answering phones and greeting guests. You will also keep track of reports specific to the organisation including holiday cover and sickness.
An aptitude for numbers will also be key as you will be involved in support to the accounts team. This will include responsibility for payroll, invoicing and some debtor management. You will work closely with the accountant to assist on ad-hoc enquiries.
Excellent MS Office skills are essential for this role as well as familiarity with a CRM system or database. Exposure to an accounts role will be a real bonus.
