This is a Fantastic opportunity, for a bright, driven and professional senior PA/Office Manager to support the CEO of a Luxurious boutique fashion Company.

This is a fast paced and varied position. Successful candidate must have the ability to juggle several duties simultaneously, have impeccable organisational skills, high attention to detail and have a professional, proactive, discreet and loyal personality.

The successful candidate will have advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.

The responsibilities of the role will include:

Supporting the CEO with all aspects of diary management, internal and external meetings, travel arrangements, documents and preparing presentations

Supporting with Personal ad- hoc duties

Meeting and greeting all clients, new clients and guests

Managing client profiles, on boarding new clients and managing client relationships

Finance administration, ensuring invoices are correct authorised and collected

Overseeing the smooth running of the office, ordering stock and supplies

Filling, archiving and managing internal filling systems

Business development

Successful candidate must have fantastic communication skills and be available immediately.
