One of our super clients who are about to move to great new offices near Bond Street are looking for a Receptionist to be their Ambassador/Front of House ‘person’. You will mainly be responsible for all aspects of running the Reception – filtering calls, organising busy meeting rooms, meeting and greeting client, booking couriers, taxi and their ad hoc reception duties. There will be other administration duties also – assisting the PA team, assisting with some basic Office Management and Event Management – organising Christmas party, away days etc. They are a great, successful, growing and very friendly company who are wanting a friendly, charming and happy new person to join their team. You will have a minimum of 3 years’ experience ideally in a small fast paced office environment, be proficient in Microsoft Office and Word and excellent organisational and interpersonal skills. You must be well presented, quietly confident and a team player with sense of humour. A corporate receptionist with small office experience would be ideal.
