A highly prestigious Investment firm, with stunning West End offices, an amazing benefits package (travel and lunch allowance) and enviable working environment, are currently recruiting for a facilities Coordinator/ Project coordinator.

This is an extremely exciting role for a Facilities / Office services coordinator or talented project coordinator to join a great team and project coordinate on the opening of a number of international offices as well as other projects and provide a daily operational service to the London office including: office maintenance, space planning and move coordination, Health and Safety and local business continuity site planning and event response.

This is a truly exciting opportunity for an experienced individual in office services, facilities or project coordination, seeking a brand new, challenging project based role. You will have exceptionally strong customer service and relationship management skills, as well as, the ability to demonstrate initiative by identifying issues and recommending solutions. You will have working knowledge of Microsoft Office and ideally experience coordinating a number of projects
