Secretarial support to a highly regarded Charitable Organisation, paying up to £27k.
A fantastic opportunity has arisen, to work for a highly regarded charity at their Headquarters, based in London. This well-known establishment are looking for secretarial support, on a full-time basis, to look after the department and Senior Managers at their Territorial Headquarters.
The purpose of the role is to provide professional and pro-active support to the department/unit heads and senior managers.
The successful applicant will be a professional and polished secretary. Proven experience of working within a busy office environment will be required. You will have excellent IT, organisational and planning skills along with the ability to work from initiative. Liaising both on the phone and in person, strong communication skills will be integral to the role.
