We are looking for an organised and efficient office assistant to join this firm in an ongoing temp role. Working for this professional organisation within the investment industry, you will be inspired by the management team and find yourself in a role where you are learning at a rapid pace. Your willingness to assist with a range of administrative and office based tasks will be highly regarded.

This is a role with variety and if you are willing to put up your hand and assist, you will see your responsibilities grow further. Your main duties will include answering telephones and greeting guests to the office, ordering supplies for the office, organising meetings, arranging travel, preparing letters and presentations… the list is endless.  The suitable candidate will have an eye for detail and confidence working in a busy, professional environment.  Your “can do” attitude and flexibility to assist will be highly desired.

We are looking for bright candidates with experience in a similar office based role.  Excellent skills on MS Office packages and a familiarity with general office systems will be essential for this role.
