I have just taken on a fantastic and very unique opportunity for a PA who is looking for flexibility to work from home when suits the business. This is a full-time role working for an UHNWI family who live abroad and are in need of an impressive PA based in the UK who can support them remotely. This role will also involve an element of travel, including trips to Kuwait, France and Spain. With businesses all over the globe, he is an extremely impressive individual who is in need of someone reliable, professional and hardworking.  
 
Situated in super stylish offices in the West End, you will accompanied by three other colleagues; all who will be on hand whilst you find your feet.  A significant proportion of this role will be managing the family’s multiple properties in the UK as well as Europe. With this in mind, you will confidently be liaising with contractors, lawyers and important individuals; essentially acting as the middle man between these and the family. Moreover, you will be the first point of contact for any issues and requests from the various Directors associated with these properties and coordinating necessary legalities and other related requests. Thus, an understanding of the property industry is essential.
 
Considering the above, the successful candidate will be able and willing to fly last minute.
 
This is a full time position whereby you shall be on call during normal working hours (9-5), however, due to the nature of the role there is capacity for you to tailor this role around your other commitments and work at home when suits.
 
This role is an excellent opportunity for a confident, bright and super capable PA who is self-sufficient and thrives of autonomy. You will be educated to degree level in either Business, Management or Law, and have 7+ years’ experience in this field. You will have excellent communication and MS office skills as well as a strong understanding of the property industry and be able to speak the jargon.
