Are you looking for a fantastic career move that will make the most of your people skills?  Due to continued growth, Tiger Private – the bespoke private household/family office  arm of Tiger Recruitment, is looking for a new consultant to join our team. Tiger Private recruits for Private PAs, COS, Butlers, House/Estate Managers, Chauffeurs and private Chefs for HNWIs and family offices. This fabulous opportunity will allow you to create, grow and manage a brand new temporary desk and also take on some of our permanent positions.

Our business is all about relationships and will see you working extremely closely with clients and candidates. The key skills for this role are communication and a drive to succeed.

You will enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and work well under pressure. You will thrive on the day to day variety which includes face to face meetings with clients and candidates, lots of telephone communication, writing advertisements, taking briefs and filling roles. You will learn on the job and take a hands-on approach when it comes to developing your client base and desk. You will be confident dealing with a range of individuals and will have strong spoken and written language skills. 

We are looking for someone positive, professional and driven with good problem-solving skills. Graduate or graduate calibre preferred and experience in a client facing role, ideally with experience liaising with HNWIs. You may come from a recruitment, concierge/lifestyle management or luxury property background and will have an innate understanding of how private households and clients operate.
