We are looking for a highly organised and enthusiastic individual to join an entrepreneurial and hugely successful management consultant firm  an as Recruitment Assistant. The primary focus is to assist the Recruitment Manager by providing administrative support with the hiring and staffing of consultants.

 

Within the role, you will be responsible for regularly posting on job sites, performing LinkedIn searches, scheduling and assisting with interviews, maintaining the recruiting database, short-listing CVs’ processing contracts, performing competitor research, helping to plan and co-ordinate events and, when necessary, providing flexible support to business critical projects.

 

Job requirements

We are looking for someone who wants to hit the ground running in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment. The ability to have end-to-end responsibility is important as is working closely on a team and ‘getting hands dirty’ where necessary. Excellent communication skills with the candidates (and potentially external headhunters) is essential, as is the ability to create and foster strong working relationships.
