We are recruiting for professional Receptionists, Team Assistants and Administrators to support our clients on temporary bases. We recruit for a wide range of firms within industries such as financial services, technology, law, media, arts, fashion and more.
You can work as little as one day per week or up to twelve-month contracts, as works best for you and your other commitments. Your role will be key in providing excellent service to our clients, whilst developing on your previous experiences and building an excellent CV.
Successful candidates will have previous work experience in related fields. You might have experience as a Corporate Receptionist, meeting and greeting guests and overseeing the switchboard, or have provided administrative support to a team or individual in an office environment. You will have a high standard of literacy, numerical and computer skills.
