A fantastic Receptionist position has arisen working for a well-known global advertising and media company. You will be working in their stunning offices based in the West End.
This opportunity will offer you fantastic experience working within a client facing role, with exposure to all departments within this forward thinking and imaginative company.
The role will see you meeting and greeting clients, being the first point of contact for any queries, managing the switchboard and all meeting rooms. You will be assisting the Office Manager and administration team with duties such as; filing, catering, booking taxis, organising internal events, data entry, office maintenance, ad-hoc executive back up support and any overflow of administration. In addition to this, you will be required to attend meetings related to IT, travel and Health & Safety.
The ideal candidate will have first class customer service skills, be extremely articulate with a very personable manner. You will have strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail, a working knowledge of MS packages and be able to work under your own initiative as well as part of a team. Our client is looking for someone who is willing to go the extra mile, who is confident in using IT equipment and looking to start their career. Experience working within a Reception and client facing role is essential!
