A boutique financial services, based in the hub of the city are seeking a receptionist to become the face of their company. Being the first point of contact to their business, it is crucial this person possess traits of high levels of professionalism, well presented and exceedingly polite. This is a small London based firm, who are looking for the ideal candidate to have experience in a small company similar to theirs. This role is mainly focussed on reception however will include duties such as, loading the dishwasher, cleaning crockery and general household cleaning duties. Other duties include:
· Meeting and greeting
· Answering internal and external calls
· Booking and diarising meeting rooms
· Maintain a streamline and quick process reception area
