We are looking for bright, well presented and confident candidates with experience working as a Corporate Receptionist. The ideal candidate will have an excellent understanding of the expectations in a corporate reception role, able to multi-task and work efficiently in a busy and professional environment. You must be a pro-active team player with exceptional communication skills and a warm and friendly manner.
Experience using manual or computerised switchboards, booking meeting rooms (both on Outlook and specialised booking systems), providing refreshments and arranging post/couriers will be essential for these roles. You will take pride in maintaining a professional, polished and friendly manner for all clients that you work with.
