The perfect role for a receptionist looking for the next step to take on office management responsibilities. Our client is a prestigious property development company based in immaculate offices in the heart of the West End. They work on a range of large-scale and luxuriant developments. You will be working for an incredibly supportive and successful team who would love someone to take full responsibility for reception and general office management. This is a business that truly understands and appreciates the importance of this role for the company.
You will be the sole receptionist with full ownership of your role. You will ensure that all guests including high profile contacts are greeted in a warm and welcoming manner. You will promptly answer all incoming calls showing energy and enthusiasm over the phone. In addition to this you will take on all office management responsibilities including facilities coordination, supplier relationships and assisting with office events and functions.
The client would like to see someone friendly and energetic always going out of your way to make people feel comfortable. You will be given a huge amount of autonomy so your use of initiative and proactive manner will shine. This role is available for an immediate start on a temp to perm basis.
