This receptionist role will involve a number of administrative duties such as scanning, organising office stationary, assisting consultants on an ad hoc basis, updating the database and assisting with pay-roll. You will also be the first point of contact for anyone ringing into the company, so having a professional and confident telephone manner is essential. You will also be expected to assist the consultants at busy times and really hit the ground running and make the role your own. The Team all work closely together to deliver the best possible experience for Candidates and clients, therefore to be dedicated and hardworking is important.
The ideal candidate will be able to work exceptionally within a team and approach all tasks with a ‘can-do’ attitude.
