Our client is a fabulous financial advisory firm looking for an ultra-slick Receptionist/Team Assistant to join their team. The ideal candidate must be well presented, have a ‘can do’ attitude and be willing to muck in. You will be based in their fantastic offices in the heart of Mayfair.

You will be the first point of contact for clients, dairy management, booking travel, meeting rooms, office management duties and general support.  There will be other duties such as ordering stationery, distributing post, invoicing and expenses, presentation production/formatting, and booking restaurants also.  

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking for their first/second job and to work with a team of professional, friendly and fun colleagues. This great firm are looking for someone who can grow with the company and will offer progression to candidates who can prove their worth.
