My client, a well-established Fund Manager is seeking a corporate, polished and friendly Receptionist to join the team on a temporary to permanent basis. This truly is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious and driven individual to join a medium sized team in a fantastic Central location.
This is a varied role and you will support with all aspects of:
- Answering telephone calls, screening and directing calls
- Meeting and greeting high profile guest, clients, and colleagues
- Organising meeting rooms, refreshments and catering/lunches
- Ordering office stocks and maintain the office equipment
- Booking reservations for senior partners and directors
- Supporting the PA with all event and ad-hoc requirements
This position will suit someone with an upbeat, responsible and proactive attitude. Someone who can work in a fast-paced, demanding environment and have the maturity to manage their own workload.
Experience within a corporate/ financial industry is preferable for this role and successful candidates must have previous reception experience.
