A personable, confident and well mannered Receptionist is required to act as the first point of contact for a professional, ever growing insurance company based in the heart of the City of London.
The ideal Receptionist will be well presented and have previous experience operating a busy switchboard. You will be responsible for booking and preparing meeting rooms, ordering stationery and ensuring the reception area is run smoothly.
As well as Reception duties, you will also be required to provide general administration support such as maintaining the company’s contact lists and logging invoices.
Key Skills and Experience Required:
- Excellent communication skills both face to face and by phone
- Ability to work under pressure and prioritise workload
- Strong computer skills
- Extensive Reception experience within a fast paced company
