Your role
Sitting on Reception, you will be the first point of contact for all incoming calls and visitors. As such, polished presentation and communication at all times is an absolute must. You will thrive on making the best first impression over the phone and in person, building a strong rapport with every person you come in contact with. You will also provide ad hoc support to the wider team, assisting with meetings and events as well as general project support.

Daily activities will include:

  • Maintain the Reception area
  • Answer and field phone calls
  • Receive incoming mail and deliveries
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders
  • Greet clients and guests
  • Ad hoc admin support

  • Previous Reception experience
  • Polished personal presentation
  • Strong verbal communication skills
  • Eloquent phone manner
