This highly prestigious financial services with a strong portfolio in the current market, are seeking a keen receptionist with exceptional standards and 5*customer services. This role is to join a team, all based front of house, working cohesively creating a strong foundation for the company. You will need to ensure a smooth process and streamline efficiency while working within a small team and provide adhoc support to other support staff in the company. This will enable you to gain exposure to other elements of the company
Duties and criteria required-

  • Advanced skills on all MS packages
  • Professional with all internal and external stakeholders
  • Well-presented and polite
  • Highly organised with acute attention to detail
