As the face of the organisation your key objectives will include:
- Greeting and welcoming people into the office
- Answering and distributing incoming phone calls
- Coordinating and allocating meeting and function rooms
- Formatting and creating of documents and correspondence
- Conducting a variety of administrative duties
- Building relationships with clients, staff and external visitors
To be successful in this role you will be a highly motivated team player with similar experience, you will have strong client service skills and the ability to cope with any situation professionally. Commercially astute with an eye for detail, you have clear and concise communication and the ability to establish strong business relationships. Immaculate presentation and a sound knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite is a must
