A fantastic opportunity has arisen at a well-respected business in the City. They are seeking an individual who is available to start immediately, with a strong work ethic, and who can work professionally within a fast paced organisation. 

Working as a receptionist you must be able to work well in a pressurised environment. The ability to multitask, and have exceptional verbal and written communication skills are required. Being able and to hold a professional manner are some of the key attributes you must carry. 

You will be solely responsible for answering and re-directing phone calls, arranging transport, catering requirements, and booking meeting rooms. 

Skills required:

  • Meeting and greeting all clients and visitors
  • Maintaining the reception area, preparing meetings rooms
  • Ability to multitask
  • Holding a professional manner at all times, within a pressurised environment
