A fantastic opportunity has arisen at a super creative business in East London.

They are seeking a bright individual with a strong work ethic, who can work professionally within a highly fast paced organisation.

 

Working as a receptionist you must be able to work well in a pressurised environment. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills are required, and being able to hold a professional manner always, are some of the key attributes you must carry.

 

You will be solely responsible for greeting all clients, answering and re-directing phone calls, managing and coordinating the office calendar, arranging transport, and supporting the office manager.

This isn’t your standard reception role, if you’re looking for a new challenge and to be motivated working closely with your surrounding team, then this will be perfect role for you.

 

Skills and experience required:

 

  • 1 year reception experience within a corporate company

 

  • Meeting and greeting all clients and visitors

 

  • Maintaining the reception area, preparing meetings rooms

 

  • Supporting the Office Manager and carrying out ad-hoc office duties
