Temporary Receptionist required for a highly successful asset management firm located in London City. These newly established offices give a fantastic opportunity for someone who has exceptional communication skills, and are self-motivated. 

Previous experience in managing a busy reception is highly required. You will be the face of the company, so holding a professional manner always is key. Booking meeting rooms, answering phones, dealing with switchboard, and additional administrative work such as expenses, and placing grocery orders for the building. These will be some of your day to day duties. 

Key skills and experience required:

  • Polite telephone manner

  • Strong communication skills

  • Excellent work ethic

  • Ability to take on ad hoc administrative tasks
