This is a really exciting new receptionist role working for a talent agency based in North London. This creative, dynamic and professional company who have offices based in London and LA. They work with high profile clients and they are looking for a well presented, highly personable and a service minded receptionist to join the team to be the face of the company. 

The main responsibility is to act as the first point of contact to guests visiting their London offices, they are a professional yet friendly company and the Receptionist will be expected to give a good first impression to all guests visiting.    

Hours: 10 – 1900 or 0800 to 1700 (with one hour for lunch)

  • Answer and direct all calls
  • Meet and Greet clients – signing all visitors into visitors book
  • Organise refreshments (liaise with Operations Assistant);
  • Organise cabs etc for clients and visitors where necessary
  • Cross check bike/courier/taxi orders with invoices
  • Creating and distributing up to date phone lists on a weekly basis
  • Responsible for the presentation and functionality of reception at all times. Reporting any faults to Office Manager
  • Keep client lists updated and distribute when necessary
  • Update Intranet on a weekly basis
  • Assist Director of Operations with invoice checks against delivery notes
