Are you looking for a fantastic reception role working for an independent Investment Consultancy based in the heart of the City? They are currently recruiting for a Receptionist with excellent organisational and interpersonal skills to support the team in a vibrant, fast-paced environment.

You will be the first point of contact for clients, managing meeting rooms, providing refreshments for guests and booking in visitors.  There will be other duties such as managing the audio visual equipment, assisting with internal and external events, booking venues, accommodation and travel. Someone who is tech savvy is essential. 

Reception or front of house experience is desirable, ideally within a professional, office environment. Well-presented and strong communication is important as well as the ability to demonstrate multitasking and initiative to solve problems and get things done quickly and efficiently with minimal supervision.
