A prestigious asset management firm with offices in Mayfair, are looking for a receptionist and team assistant to join their team on a permanent basis.
As first point of contact for often high profile clients and as the ‘face of the company’ it is essential that you have excellent interpersonal communication skills, strong organisational skills and are immaculately presented at all times.
Working as a standalone receptionist, you will be responsible for meeting and greeting of clients, managing a busy reception and directing telephone calls to the appropriate team, dealing with incoming and outgoing post, booking and preparing meeting rooms and assisting with all team PA duties like diary management and booking international travel.
They place great emphasis on the quality of their work and client relationships and as such, they require this individual to have high personal standards in presentation, written and spoken communication and to possess a genuinely positive and willing attitude to work.

Skills and experience required:
Previous demonstrable reception/administration experience within a corporate environment
