My client is  seeking a top quality, highly professional and polished Receptionist & Administration to be based in their  amazing offices in the city of London welcoming clients who include Chairmen and CEOs of FTSE 100 companies. 

 

    • Email Ground Floor Reception with list of guest names in advance of meeting;
    • Ensure meeting rooms are prepared in advance of guest arrival
    • Be the main point of contact in Reception.
    • Answer telephone and take accurate messages in a timely manner, provide information to callers / route caller as necessary
    • Responsibility for maintaining all stock within the office
    • Order working lunches from on-line catering company for large client meetings;
    • Liaise with in-house chef to coordinate smaller formal lunches for CEO and clients;
    • Distribute incoming post amongst office;
    • Prepare outgoing mail for post and arrange couriers as appropriate; 
    • Print, bind and distribute documents; 
    •  Data entry of client business cards into client management database;
    • Liaise with chef to coordinate in-house formal lunches for CEO and clients;
    • Work as part of a team to oversee the smooth running of the office, and assist other staff where necessary
    • Assist Events Co-ordinator as and when required with pre-event support and during the event

Hours are 8-5 and the ideal candidate will be polished, corporate and have superb customer service skills combined with a can-do attitude.
