An opportunity has arisen for an experienced Receptionist to become part of a world renowned and leading brand, as you showcase your professionalism, exceptional communication skills and slick organisation. 

As the first point of contact for all visitors including many high net worth individuals, you will be trusted to represent this luxury brand to a first class standard, aligning the quality of service provided, to this client’s quality of product.  

The ideal candidate will have an excellent understanding of the expectations of a demanding Reception role and be able to multi-task and work efficiently in a busy and professional environment. You must be a pro-active team player with a warm and friendly manner and have the ability to meet deadlines and work well under pressure.

Experience using manual or computerised switchboards, booking meeting rooms (both on Outlook and specialised booking systems), providing refreshments and arranging post/couriers will be essential for these roles. You will take pride in maintaining a professional, polished and friendly manner for all clients that you work with, and your confidence and exceptional customer service will allow them an outstanding experience.
This role will give you abundant responsibility as you strive to ensure the smooth running of this part of the business, whilst also taking part in Administrative duties.
