We have a great opportunity to work for a top professional services consultancy in a 2 - 4 week temp role. We are looking for a polished and friendly receptionist who will fit the corporate image of this top end business. As the face and voice of the business you will ensure that all guests to the office receive a warm and welcoming greeting whilst answering the phones in a professional and timely manner. You will work closely with the other receptionists ensuring a solid support team where everyone assists one another.
You will ensure that the range of high level executives and guests visiting the office are well looked after and feel valued. We are looking for a real people person with an outgoing manner and a strong service mind. You will enjoy your interactions right across the business ranging from assistance to senior executives or liaison with the facilities and catering team. You will also manage the internal meeting room booking system and assist with the VC calendar. Overall you will have a huge amount of pride in a job done well.
We are ideally looking for someone who has corporate reception experience and is confident managing a busy switchboard. The successful candidate will be polished and professional. You will enjoy working for this professional and friendly team.
