Reception/Team Assistant - Insurance
up to £32,000

A prestigious Insurance firm with beautiful offices in the City, are looking for an experienced Receptionist to join the team to manage the other receptionist but to also expand and move into a Team Assistant role within 3-4 months.

You will have previous reception experience within a senior capacity and able to show demonstrable experience of mentoring or managing others within the team. In addition you will need to have strong organisational and time management skills. Once this role develops you will be responsible for complex diary management, booking global multi-stop travel and full inbox management. The ability to remain calm under pressure and juggle multiple tasks are essential.

Skills and experience required:

  • Previous demonstrable Reception/Team Assistant experience within a corporate environment
  • Confident, articulate communication skills 
  • Strong Microsoft Skills
