Reception role working for a finance company based in one of London’s most iconic buildings.

This role is working in a very busy professional environment. This role would be based on the front desk and would be dealing with all the senior people within the company and also clients. They are looking for someone who is very personable, has very good customer service and positive.

The company is growing and there is good opportunity to pursue a career with them.  They are very friendly and are looking for to join the team as soon as possible.

The duties are as follows:

  • Meet and greet clients
  • Provide refreshments
  • Advise Foresight employee of guest arrival
  • Ensure meeting rooms have been restored immediately after previous meeting has ended, including restocking of glasses
  • Answering main switch board and transferring calls
  • Book meeting rooms upon requests
  • Book guests/clients in using the LBQ Premises portal
  • Periodically check the Facilities room for cleanliness and dishwasher stacked and turned on if necessary (particularly after lunches)
  • Prepare lunches (when required)
  • Printing and binding of presentations
  • Franking of post
  • Open up of Office to include:
  • Reception lights/TV switched on/set meeting room lights
  • Check diary for early meetings so these can be prioritised - meeting rooms are fully stocked (glasses, crockery, tea, stationery), straighten up chairs and placemats, remove any rubbish from the rooms
  • Set up coffee machine – empty and refill milk container, insert funnel/straw
  • Empty facilities room dishwasher – placing cups on top of the coffee machine
  • Close down of Office to include:
  • Ensure all meeting rooms are clear and tidy
  • Meeting room equipment back in place
  • Dishwasher in facilities room stacked
  • Empty milk container and throw away straw
  • Set all meeting room lights
  • Check entrance doors are closed
  • Hours – Shifts of 8.00am to 4.30pm and 9.30am to 6pm
