Our client is a privately owned investment company based in the heart of the City. They work with a range of professional business clients and investors. An opportunity has arisen to join their support team in a front of house reception role. This role will see you meeting and greeting all important guests arriving for meetings as well as assisting the team. We are looking for a bright and friendly receptionist with excellent organisational skills to fit into this lively and fast-paced environment.
The role will involve meeting and greeting visitors, managing all meeting room bookings and looking after all guest areas. You will also be responsible for organising catering requirements, preparing and setting up meeting rooms and effectively coordinating the reception desk. The role will also require you to order the office supplies, organise small internal events to celebrate annual holidays and birthdays, booking venues, accommodation, and travel.
The ideal candidate will have a smart appearance, be well spoken, with good written communication, organisational and planning skills. You will also need to have good IT skills. Our client is looking for someone who is dedicated with good time management skills.
